Long Beach Hotels Expensive Booked ABnb Room

For my February 26,2022 Panorama Cruise out of Long Beach I wanted to stay in LGB for two nights prior and hotels are very expensive including Motels.  I found a Room on AirBnB rented by a Super Host located less than a mile to Downtown Long Beach and 2.3 Miles to the Port at $75 per night all in. All I need is a room and I do not want to pay the $150 cleaning fee of other apartments. I don't mind eating at restaurants. 

 

I was wondering if the prices will come down? I looked on Hotwire and its around $180 a night plus tax and other fees.
