Hotel for 1 night in Barcelona

Hi,
Can anyone recommend a cheap-ish hotel for a one night stay in Barcelona please?
We'll be a group of 5, needing 3 rooms. 3 people coming in from the airport, 2 from the Sants train station. Of course, going to the port the next day.
We don't need anything fancy or luxurious, not really going to have much time for sight-seeing I don't think given the train'll get in at some point in the evening, no idea what time the people flying in will arrive though.

Keen to keep cost low (especially for our single traveller), we really just need something simple providing a decent, clean, safe place to stay for one night, no bells and whistles needed really!

Hotel Lleo near Plaza de Catalunya. It is about 80 euros

I used to recommend Hotel Regencia Colon near the Cathedral.  Great location.  But it seems to be temporarily? closed in my searches.   Depending on when you go, if you find it open you should check it out.  I’ve stayed there a couple times.

From airport the Aerobus takes you right to plaza catalunya.. very easy and runs all day.. if you get a place near here it will save you on taxi.. for 3 rooms.. better off going to airbnb and see what you can find..?!

Many thanks for the help - Lleo does look like a good option. Hadn't considered Airbnb, that could be a good option as well thanks, though with most places having a set service fee irregardless of the number of nights stay, that can make shorter stays more expensive than they'd otherwise be.

The hotel right at the Sants train station (hotel name Barcelo Sants) had a reasonable rate (something around USD $100 a night, plenty of taxis to the cruise port the next day, requires no travel for someone arriving at the train station, has a direct train line from the airport, and has generously sized rooms, which you don't always find in Barcelona.

 

We used points through our credit card, so we didn't pay money for the room.   There were some wonderful restaurants within walking distance.    This is not a touristy part of the city, so when you are eating, you are eating in a restaurant you are eating with locals.
