Looking at Saga Cruise I see the food has some great reports.

We are on our first Saga Cruise soon.

Is it possible to have dairy free products, such as milk and dairy free ice cream

I think it's probably worth mentioning this to Saga before you travel.

In my saga , in New concierge,  there is a section - cabin requests , which has diabetic ,vegetarian options to tick , plus a space for you to input any other requests.  You could try requesting dairy free here and perhaps  asking them to  contact you

I have recently booked our first cruise with Saga, through a TA,  I was asked if there were any dietary requirements, so I would think that they do cater to your needs if you let them know.
