13 days and no cabin assigned yet

No cabin assignment for our short 3 day cruise on the Majestic on October 6th. We have never found out this late. My husband is joking we will be in the life boat! On a positive note our cruise hasn’t been canceled.

Up until you arrive at the pier Princess can wait to make your assignment. Check your personalizer daily to see it it's posted there. This is not unusual.

Yes I have been. We got on December cabin assignment already.

I'm sailing Dec 15 on the Grand, is that the one you're on? I have never taken a GTY I prefer to pick my cabin and watch to see if the price drops and then call to refare. This sailing has not had a fare reduction despite it being about 60% occupancy.

We are on the Dec 29th sailing on the Majestic and no cabin assignment as of yet.  We too always like to pick our cabin, but for this sailing there were no cabins to pick from in the Deluxe Balcony category.

We did get our cabin assignment for our December 4th Majestic 7 day cruise. We have not got our Majestic 3 day on October 6th in less than 2 weeks. We are planning to book the Grand for the December 30th.

For my cruise on the Majestic last month, I got my cabin assignment just three days before the cruise.

Just relax, they have your reservation and they will give you a cabin.  Especially with the low occupancy of ships these days, there is nothing to worry about!

I’m good. I think I’m more concerned about getting my covid test back in time. However we have our back up at home test.

The uncertainties of getting the Covid test results and of whether they will change the rules would be horrible to deal with.  I'm constantly checking on the mask/bubble excursion rules for my upcoming Edge cruise!
