Loreto: Beaches nearby port?

Well, I assume the cruise ship creates a tender service to the marina which is  kind of at the north end of downtown.    There is a beach immediately to the north of the marina which can be used.  Same holds true at the south end of the malecon - another public beach.

I can't say which is the best as I have tended to stay south of town at Loreto Bay and go to the beach there.  Since you are on the gulf side, the water is usually very tranquil for swimming.
