How do you add a booking to a new SB account?

My son and his family just booked the same Seabourn cruise as us for July 2023. He, like us, have never sailed with SB yet. He then created a Seabourn account which also generated a new SB account number, as none were created for any of his family when they booked their cruise through their TA. Now, the big question. How does he add their existing booking to his new SB account as it is not intuitively obvious how to do this?

If he rings Seabourn direct they will transfer his booking to his account .

Thanks! So SB 1-800 folks won’t have an issue helping my son if he booked it through a TA or should the TA contact SB?

Either way.  The SB folks will notify the TA of the update.  Or the TA can do it. No problem.

Problem solved. Thanks again! Contacted our TA and she worked with SB to get my son and his family assigned their own SB numbers which were then added to their booking. Once in place, he was able to see the booking in his account. 😎
