You need to look at your cruise line's website and locate their special needs section.  (Search on their website for wheelchair or scooter which will probably bring it up.)   Find the section about scooters and it should indicate which companies are allowed on the ship to deliver the scooter to your stateroom.   The usual companies are scootaround.com and specialneedsatsea.com.   But some cruise lines will only allow one of these companies to board with the scooter.   (You could also contact the cruise line's Access Department and ask someone on the phone or find their email address.)

 

You will no doubt need to have an accessible stateroom as scooters cannot be left in the hallways. 

 

Your cruise line will need to know you will have a scooter and will have you complete a form before you sail.     

 

If you can't find this information, post again with the name of your cruise line and someone on this board can provide it to you.
