Tricks for making reservations?

You're probably going to have to wait until 15 days out, and the customer service in Miami will say that they'll send you an email when it opens. Just keep checking back every day, but likely you'll have to wait until exactly 15 days like I did. They should still be at limited capacity when you sail, and you'll be able to book any restaurant once on board if you don't get the days and times you want. I know it's frustrating, but you will be able to eat wherever you want, and the wait will be worth it. The BEST FOOD on any ship I've ever sailed!
