Scarlet lady smoking areas

There are two main smoking areas.  Deck 16 forward right outside Richards rooftop and is open air.  Inside the casino on deck 6 is an indoor smoking area and hidden.  Right behind the casino cage is a black door that automatically opens so you go through that door then through a glass door to the left and you are met by games and chairs.  There is occasional bar service by crew as well.

The top pic is the outside area, correct? It looks pretty nice. It's on deck 16?

The other pics appear to be inside but where is the smoking area exactly? I see stools and chairs. Is this entire area the smoking area on deck 6?

Both areas are nice.  As described in the OP, on Deck 6 it is a large enclosed room with some slot machines, chairs and tables.  It is well ventilated. Unlike some lines, the room is also open all the time, even when the casino is closed.
