Dinner delivered to cabin?

It used to be that on HAL you could order any item off of the daily dining room menu and have it delivered to your cabin--at no charge (though we always tipped). This was handy if you didn't want to get dressed up for formal night or got back late from a tour or just felt like staying in for the night. Does anyone know if this is still available? Are there charges for the service now?  Thanks
