If we arrive at the Port early, Anyone know what time the Parking Garage opens?

Does the Parking Garage have an Elevator?

I'm not sure what time it opens for arrivals, but since it's open early for departing cruisers...

 

Yes, there is an elevator, but we drop off our checked luggage with the porters before parking the car.  Then we just have to deal with our carryons (including our two bottles of wine--carryon only!).

 

Are you aware that the daily price increases from $25 to $30 has of Oct. 15?    That's a shame, but so convenient.

The parking garage website shows that it is closed.  Is this just because no ship is arriving or departing today or has the garage been closed?

I'm not sure where you're seeing something that says the parking garage is closed. Others have reported parking there since cruising resumed.
