canderson Posted October 15, 2021 #6 Β Share Posted October 15, 2021 Being half signed in has been a problem for me for a while.Β Still half logged in to read, but half logged out and unable to submit a reply, or if do, have it recorded.Β Β Β Sometimes the real message saying I'm not permitted to access content comes up, but not always. TeaBag Posted October 15, 2021 #9 Β Share Posted October 15, 2021 This was frustrating me so much I was nearly tearing my hair out.Β I was at the point where I was going to stop looking at Cruise Critic altogether.Β I also could not get into my cruise planner when they had that 20% off excursions.Β DH is a computer expert, so he decided it was time to get rid of Windows and resort to Linux.Β It is a steep learning curve for me but I have no more trouble posting.Β Yay. Having CC logging you out has nothing to do with any problems with your computer's operating system.Β If DH is an expert, he would know that. Β FWIW, it happens just as frequently on my Android phone.Β Ask DH what Android is, at it's core, under the user interface (a modified Linux kernel), and what it has in common with Windows (nada). Β occasionally this won't help, & I have to shut down computer, then log back in. Β If I don't do these steps, I can't react to content, but I can type a reply, which will not actually post... Normally when this happens the content in the reply edit is removed, the edit is then blank ready for new input. How does your experience differ?
