Day 2 LFT test

For anyone considering purchasing a mandatory day 2 LFT test for their return to the UK do NOT use Dante Labs. I ordered 2 this morning and they have acknowledged order by e-mail but they have not included PLF code as they should. Since found out that they are under investigation by CMA for not delivering tests on time or at all, failing to respond to complaints or providing proper customer service and delaying or refusing refunds.

I ordered two this morning and got no email with a code, I then saw your post. I sent three emails to Dante Lab uk the last one was requesting a refund. I have finally received two codes from them.

We've used Testing for all twice now and they're good, and one of the cheapest too.
