Upgrade Email not working

Anyone else get an upgrade offer email (the one where you bid for upgrades) that has all dead links?


I have received two with a week gap in between.  Both have the identical dead links for every cabin type.


I chatted with a rep and just got feedback "those never work" - we only have veranda XL or below available on all upcoming 21 cruises.


Another fail.  Not only sending out a non-working email but sending it out twice with knowledge that it doesn't work.   No error message or "sold out".  Just dead links.
