die_hard Posted November 6, 2021 #1 Share Posted November 6, 2021 Does anyone know how to get in contact with someone on the ship after disembarking? We left something in the room before leaving the ship this morning and customer service has not been any help.
Ashland Posted November 6, 2021 #2 Share Posted November 6, 2021 Good luck...unless it's something of value more than likely it's gone.

The first problem is, even if something is found and turned in, it won't be recorded or anything until later. They're busy turning the ship around. Was it in the safe or just somewhere in the room? Keep calling RCI lost and found.
Rare DCPIV Posted November 6, 2021 #6 Share Posted November 6, 2021 I have no idea how to contact a ship directly, but one of these numbers might help. https://www.royalcaribbean.com/resources/contact-us

Cigar King Posted November 6, 2021 #8 Share Posted November 6, 2021 Calling Royal may help. I am sure I have seen reports here of items being left and returned. I'd also suggest calling your insurance company, just to be on the safe side. Good luck.
Rare Ferry_Watcher Posted November 6, 2021 #9 Share Posted November 6, 2021 (edited) Not sure where you disembarked, but having worked at Seattle Pier 91, I know that the Shoreside staff is in constant walkie/talkie communication with the ship. If you are still at the pier, ask to speak to a shoreside supervisor. She will contact the ship and a crew member will check your room and/or talk to your room steward. This happens all the time with passengers who realize that they left their passport in the cabin safe and try to walk back onboard. We have to stop them and have a supervisor radio the ship and the passport (or whatever was left in the safe) brought down from the ship. Hope it works out for you. Rysyonok Posted November 6, 2021 #15 Share Posted November 6, 2021 There is a way to contact lost and found (sadly, I don't have the link, but it's an e-mail), but up to 30 days after the fact there is a chance to recoup an item.

We have all been there, last minute packing, in a rush whether at home in a hotel or on a ship, we can forget something it happens. Jeez, I hope you are never in this situation. Good luck OP, I hope she has the jewelry returned, please let us know that you were successful!
cindyscruise Posted November 6, 2021 #17 Share Posted November 6, 2021 I hope that you get it back. You asked a question to get information. Its a shame that perfect people have to make unnecessary comments that do not help your situation. Please keep us posted.

Sunshine3601 Posted November 7, 2021 #21 Share Posted November 7, 2021 You may want to call lost and found at the cruise terminal at the port when they open. Just in case they ended up with it.
