Visa Signature Benefits?

I’m new to visa signature, and  I’m finding some of the travel benefits interesting. We might use some of their hotel benefits, which include complementary breakfast, and automatic upgrade of hotel room.  Has anyone used this program in conjunction with a cruise? Also, has anyone had any experience with their concierge? How useful is this?
