Where are Celebrity cruisers staying (FLL) pre-cruise these days?

We will be cruising on the Apex in January.   This will be our first cruise since pre-COVID days and wonder what hotels are recommended for a 1 night pre-cruise stay in FLL.

 

We have stayed in several places over the years:  Hampton Inn downtown,  Pier 66, Cambria Suites, Doubletree on the beach.  

 

Any suggestions?

Hilton Marina is our choice since the Pier 66 closed.

We prefer the area around A1A and Sunrise Boulevard.  We have stayed at the North Beach Village properties (we will be at Tranquilo mid-January for one night).  We have also stayed at the Hilton Galleria which is right next door to the Galleria Mall on Sunrise.

We stayed at the Courtyard once on a high floor and people were getting in the up elevator just so they could get down on cruise Saturday.  We had to take the freight elevator!  We choose to stay a bit farther away now to avoid the cruise-only clientele.

Celebrity pax probably stay all the same places Carnival, RCI, HAL and Princess cruisers stay at. At least I think Celebrity cruisers associate with other cruisers. There are many threads here discussing those hotels.

We usually stay at the Hyatt Place...right next door to the Harbor shopping center. So convenient with a Publix market, shops and restaurants.

Whenever we cruise out of FLL, we always stay at the Sonesta in FLL Beach.  Cannot rave enough about it.  Service, location, accommodations all ocean view.  It is such a wonderful place to stay, we do our land vacations here too!
