Princess did the right thing

I received an offer last night about a 25K slot tournament, for a free inside with "Princess Plus" which includes wifi, grats, and the drink package.

When I called, they initially said that the system showed the offer, but that it did not include any of the extras.

I politely explained that to my knowledge, I had never seen words on a page that weren't there, and offered to send them screen shots, or forward the email to them. The agent tried to dance around the subject a few times insisting that the offer was only for the free cabin, but she sent a message to her supervisor who asked me to email them the offer. The manager then said to honor the offer as they had just finished dealing with another person with the exact same issue.

Now let's hope that I can win some of that tournament money!

Saw on one the forums I’m on a number of people received email offers yesterday from the casino department for cruises that were not available.  I did not receive it, my current offer expires Dec 30th.  

Happy to see they honoured it especially after your recent issues.

The fine print:

Offer has limited space per cruise, regardless of stateroom availability. There is no guarantee of availability at time of booking. If the stateroom type offered is sold out or otherwise unavailable, then the offer may be applied to the next available lower stateroom type or another select cruise from this offer.
