Uber vs. Towncar in port of Miami

We have towncars booked from the airport to the hotel, hotel to the cruise port, but are unsure when to book one from the cruise port to the ship given we dont know when we will be able to get off the ship.  So we are considering an uber, but are concerned it will be difficult getting one give everyone will be wanting one around the same time.  Has anyone scheduled a towncar for port pick up and if so, what time did you use for your arrival?  On previous cruises we have been off the ship pretty early, but it does vary.

Thoughts?
