Susan Most likely if you ask, but it depends on what you paid. This promotion is nothing special though as the pricing is much higher than the Black Friday sales. My understanding is that they will generally match price decreases or promotions before your booking is in penalty; once you are in penalty (typically four months before sailing), they will generally not offer new pricing. It's worth contacting your travel agent to see if they can get anything -- perhaps partial additional onboard credit in lieu of a price reduction and refund.
