I wish they would have told the bar staff we could pick up our large water bottle from them (just joking...sort of...). We have been on 4 cruises since the change in process, and every time the bar staff is either confused or irritated (and I get it, they are very busy). I don't know if my timing is just bad, but none of them seem to be happy to be saddled with this extra task. Didn’t have an issue on Pride. Stopped one morning on way to gym for small bottle of water because I forgot my water cup. He told me I had a free large bottle. Yes I know but we are in a suite and have 2 there and will get my free one later(we were on a 14 day). But your paying for a small right now. Yes I am heading to the gym and left my water cup in room and don’t feel like going back. But you have a free water🤦♀️. I promise on my way back from the gym I will come get it but now I will pay for a small one. I mean, I get that it’s an automated process, but how does the if this then that process not include whether or not the sailing already ended?
