What is the Last Minute to Cancel?

Looking for some help as I can’t seem to find the info on the website.

We are still planning on being on the Escape this Monday which is scheduled to set sail at 16:00. In the very unlikely event that we end up cancelling, is there a time (eg 24,48 hrs prior) that we would have to cancel by in order to receive the FCC with the POM?  Is same day cancellation even an option?

I was told 24 hours prior to sail departure time  by a NCL associate.

I was also told at least 24 hours and this was yesterday
