Carnival Win/Loss Statement

Does anyone have a valid email address for Carnival for a Win/Loss Statement?  I’ve tried several times to send a request to the one that I found online (www.carnivalplayersclub.com/contact), but my server keeps rejecting it as an invalid address. TIA

Yes, I found that, too, and filled out the form.  Not sure that’s what I need, but hoping….  Thanks.

The oceanplayersclub.com email address worked. I received my win/loss statement yesterday by email. The attachment was encrypted, and I had a little trouble opening it.  I kept trying to open it, and finally a screen popped up where I could ask for a one-time access code. I did as instructed, but it kept telling me it was incorrect.  It wasn’t. Of course, after three tries, it locked me out. I tried a different browser and got a new access code, and it worked.  Good luck.

Glad to hear it worked out for you. I don't need one from the cruiselines, as I haven't been on a cruise in over 7 years. Hopefully, that will change this year! (I may need one from my local land casino though).
