What if COVID test is positive?

Does anyone know what Atlas' policy is if you test positive on the required pre-trip COVID tests? Is there an option to get a full refund?

This is from the documentation they sent us with the travel documents in the leather folder: 

"If a guest receives a positive test result at Orlando International Airport, the affected guest and close contacts will not be allowed to proceed on the charter flight. However, Atlas Ocean Voyages will provide the following courtesies should a guest receive a positive result: 

100% Future Cruise Credit for affected guest and first contacts
Rental car for the affected guest to return home 
Return flight for all close contacts of the affected guest, including change fees
One night hotel stay in Orlando if same-day return flights are unavailable"

Atlas did not do that.    I was on the December 28th cruise, and there was a large family group where one son tested positive and the entire family went on the cruise, while the son could not.    We were all negative for the three tests and 2 others tests on the ship.  In the middle of the cruise, we had 7 positive tests on the ship.  They eventually quarantined 50 passengers many of those who were related to the large family.  The large family all had rooms around us on the ship.  On the last day, when we were flying out 2 of my sons and a friend that we were with, tested positive and had to quarantine.  Many of that large family were quarantined and went to an AIRBNB.   Atlas should have followed that policy.
