LARGE Family Group unable to use FCC as don't meet CDC guidelines. Anyone else work this out with Royal Caribbean cruiseline?

You will need to provide a little more info to get answers.  Why don't you meet CDC guidelines?  When are you trying to use the FCC.  What is the FCC from... CWC or some other reason?  The more detail you give the better answers you get.
