Delayed restart

I got an email from Celestyal last night, telling me that my Easter cruise onboard Celestyal Olympia is cancelled. Olympia is planned to return to service on the 29th of April and Crystal on April 18th. Let's see if I will rebook it for the autumn instead. Anyone else here that is affected?

Just blaming the Omicron situation in different countries in Europe. I guess the demand was too low....

Ours is scheduled for November.  Lots of time for things to go bad or good.  Just have to wait and see.  One of biggest questions is which countries will be closed down and which ones will be open.  Last year Greece would not let ships dock that had been to Turkey.  Still a lot of unknowns at this point.  At least we have time and don't have to pay a long time before we the cruise is scheduled.

For those of you that have applied for refund before, how long has it taken to receive the money? 

 

Does someone know the best way to contact Celestyal? I have been calling them for hours over the last week, without any answer and the same with the emails.
