Brillance of Seas Cabin 7642 obstruction?

Does anyone know what is obstructing the view of this balcony cabin?

This ship class has a "platform" structure that extends a few feet outward from the side of the ship on that deck. This runs about 2/3's the length of that deck where the deck is pinched in from the front and back humps.  The lifeboats are located on deck 6 beneath that platform. 

 

The balconies on deck 7 are essentially on top of the platform on the inside portion where it joins the ship superstructure.  The obstruction would be with regards to a downward view where the platform and / or the lifeboats would interfere with that view toward the ocean. In your particular location I think it would be more platform as I believe you are behind the lifeboats there.   Outward views would not be obstructed.
