Where to stay for cruise out of cape liberty, bayonne?

Another vote for the Embassy Suites in E town. We were there the last week of October and all was good. They have a Park and Cruise package and the shuttle was fast and easy. Rooms are nice and if you get a high floor the view of the airport is great but I love watching planes. The managers reception in the evening has nice snacks and 1 free drink. A nice full breakfast is also included in the morning. We are heading there next Saturday for our March 6'th cruise on Anthem, bags are packed.

Yes, we are staying there before the TA this May.  Also provide transport to the port about 7-8 miles away.

If you are looking for a hotel with stuff around, another option is the Jersey city waterfront, 15 minutes from cape liberty, gorgeous views of Manhattan, shops and restaurants and even easy transportation to Manhattan. I also love the shops and restaurants in Montclair < 5 miles from me).

Haven't stayed there before, If we like it we'll stay again for our May cruises on Oasis.

 

We stayed there for our August 2021 Oasis cruise and it was pretty nice and clean and the breakfast was the standard free hot breakfast.
Perfect for a one night stay pre-cruise.
