Dinner at Solarium Bistro with the Med inspired starters and cooked to order mains is one of my favorites.  I'll be watching the future cruises closely to see if the usual concept is only missing due to this being the inaugural cruise.

I specifically asked about the cooked to order and I was told that some ships will do cook to order some will not.  Wonder will not.  Now if even people suggest they go to the cook to order option perhaps they might.  Fish heavy menu should always be cooked to order.  Having a beautiful piece of snapper / salmon / lamb bake under the heat lamp is just creating food waste in my opinion.

Day 3 Labadee … 8AM gang way open 3:30 PM all aboard.

I got up early today because I want to explore the island ( on my own) as much as possible.  The fitness center was 10% full.  A sharp drop from yesterday.

Which is the side of the ship has the better view for sail away from Port Everglades?

Port side is best IMHO......you get to see the beach and where the row of resorts are and the Harbour Inlet area.

Coming out on the starboard side is just the state park.

Day 1 Embarkation Day

So I am doing this in reverse today… instead of hanging out on deck 5 I went straight to Windjammer to find a nice place to park until my room is ready then I will go back down to deck 5.  What a good choice … be prepared to feast your eyes!

Benny, your pictures are absolutely incredible!!!  Thank you for sharing your cruise with us.

Quick request - could you post the drink lists from a couple of the larger bars, i.e. Schooner, etc.?

We are on the Odyssey at the end of the month and would like to know prices/drink selection at the bigger venues.  We're Diamond, so not planning to purchase a drink package.

Thank you!

Day 3

WE INTERRUPT THIS LIVE REIVEW FOR BREAKING NEWS… well breaking news to me…

There was a pipe burst/ sprinkler burst on five right by the mustang.  The car was soaked along with other areas on the Royal Promenade.  The fire door came down and is staying down.  Currently deck 4/5/6 are CLOSED.

You left them with one thing to do and look what happened!

Hahahah… exactly to keep the ship dry … not to recreate the Titanic on deck 5.  It’s not show time yet!
