Olbia is a small town with shops,  cafes and a nice marina to walk round. We did this the first time but wanted to see more this time so we left the ship and walked towards the town.  As we crossed the grass we saw some buses and people selling tickets for a beach.  We took a bus for approx  €10 round trip and the journey was around 20 minutes through lovely scenery to Pittulongu beach.  It was lovely and there was a cafe and toilets there. We stayed a while and went to catch the next bus back - don't forget to check times.  A great day out.
