kaymoz Posted March 27, 2022 #1 Share Posted March 27, 2022 (edited) From a phone call last week with Atlas, I learned that as of mid-February, some of the features originally included in their cruise packages have been dropped (i.e., flights, excursions) and the prices lowered at the same time. But the rep told me that some parts of the website haven't been fully updated yet. Now I'm unclear about the insurance they were providing to all passengers -- is that still included? I tried to phone them but they are closed today (Sunday) and we need to make a decision on our trip (Atlas vs. a competitor) and pay by tomorrow! amunhbuu Posted March 27, 2022 #2 Share Posted March 27, 2022 The insurance that was included was only medical evacuation insurance. It was not comprehensive insurance. I don't know if it is still included or not.

LSinCa Posted April 12, 2022 #4 Share Posted April 12, 2022 Kaymoz, did you decide to book with Atlas or did you choose the competitor?
kaymoz Posted April 16, 2022 Author #5 Share Posted April 16, 2022 Kaymoz, did you decide to book with Atlas or did you choose the competitor? It turned out that the dates when Atlas was doing the Ireland circumnavigation would not work for us since a family member was coming to visit, so we ended up booking with another line at a later time.
