Dora Tours

We will be in Cartagena in Dec 2022 on NCL Joy.  I've heard of city tour with "Dora".  Anyone have any details on the tours:  Length, cost, experiences.

I did it with her in 2019, and cannot recommend her highly enough. I think it is about $75 pp. She even got rid of those pestering us to buy; they all know her. We we in touch via email early in the pandemic.

I did a city tour with Dora in November 2021.It was great .Went through old town and street vendors left us alone.4 hour tour was $75-80 and well worth it.Was met at the cruise ship.
