Covid-19 Testing / Seattle, WA

Good Morning!!  My wife and I are driving from Mesquite, Texas to Seattle, WA to board Quantum of the Sea on May 9.  We are required to have a Covid-19 pre-boarding test.  Is there a testing location in NW Seattle that will provide a test with results within one hour.  We are testing at home before leaving on our driving trip but it takes 4 days to arrive in Seattle and the Covid test will not be valid when we arrive.
