Halifax restaurant, Salty's or McKelvie's

Will be going to Halifax in July on a cruise, which of these restaurants would you recommend and why?  If you have any other recommendations, please share.

 

We are interested in lobster rolls, fried calamari and lobster dinner...thanks in advance...

We will be returning to Halifax for the XX's times on our September 2022 sailing.

 

Already looking forward to our lunch at Salty'z our favorite Seafood restaurant along the Waterfront Walkway. 

 

We have never been disappointed with Salty's and have referred many on their sailings and thanked us for their great meals.

 

If it matters, Salty's gives you a wonderful harbor view while dining when McKelvie is within the city proper.
