We looked at booking the Comfort Suites Nov 18, 4 adults, Price was $328.83, thought that was good for us, then I hit book : 😲, the price increased to $879.13 !! with the "Extras"  ( Canadian funds)

Yes, those fees add up, we’ve done atlantis twice, once through CS, once through the cruiseline, the math changes.
