Issues with the app?

Is anyone having issues logging onto the app, every time I try it comes up with the same error, regardless of iPad or iPhone.

’An unexpected error has occurred, please try again’

I know it has details such as captain and expedition staff on board, so was hoping it may have been updated, but cant log in…

Yeah, not working for me for at least a week now.

Oh phew it's not just me. I can't log in via the app. It's been a few days now. When I try to log in it gives me an error message, "cannot retrieve data" and that's all.

 

I tried reinstalling the app today and rebooting the phone; same error. Guess I'll wait for them to sort it out.

I’m glad its not just me, I thought maybe I had to update the app, but nope, no update required.

Wonder how long it will take for them to sort it out??

My problem on a MotoG Android is that the app calls up the log-in page on Chrome. Then, issues an error message saying to log-in on the app!!!

 

What to do?

This may be a widespread issue. It's been reported in the French-language Ponant Facebook group and Ponant says they're working on it.
