UK cruise traveller and a covid testing site New Orleans

Hi, I’m hoping to sail from New Orleans this year on a carnival ship. I have come across Gretna medical centre that will do the required test but looking at the form to fill in online I’m not sure if an international traveller can use this facility. I can’t see anywhere that I can email them to ask. Does anyone know ( by looking at this website ) if I can use it or know of an alternative place to go.

Check out Fulton Street Garage. When I parked there in December they had a testing center. It is very near the cruise terminal.

Hi our cruise isn't until next spring. interested to know  where you got your test as I'm also from the UK. maybe there won't be pre cruise testing nect year but I like to plan ahead.
