Most cabins on the angled portion of the hump are like that - usually slightly deeper balcony. You can search for videos/pics of any Q class ship for that or its mirror cabin 12646.

The video will give you an idea. Not JT's room but the his mothers room next to him is likely fairly similar. I recently saw this and it popped to mind.

 

Also this is the sister cabin on the other side of the ship so should basically be same except flipped.
