Vendors on dock at Puerto Vallarta

Hi guys,  took the cruise to mexico an when going back to the ship, there on the dock, was some guy painting with just his hand, he's a very good artist, so bought one of his paintings, an four yrs ago, found the guy in one of the shops an bought another one of his paintings. His dad, also paints. Am plannin to go on the Navigator in a few months an have been thinkin bout buyin another painting. Now inquiring minds would like to know who the man who paints is? Any suggestions? If not, thats ok to. Will post some photos that I have, to give you some ideas. Thanks.

During winter season on Thursday night there is the Marina farmersmarket where probably the same men is painting, indeed with his hand. The market has a facebook page. Maybe ask the question again there to get the right name and directions.
