Vaccination Validation

How long does it take for Royal Caribbean to validate the vaccination information.  I did our check in and submitted our proof of vaccination two weeks ago and it says that they are still working on validating it.  Not sure if I should call them to see what is going on.  Just wondering how long it has taken for others to get the validation.
