Mix and Mingle question

Does there have to be a certain number of people registered for the event for RC to recognize it? What does RC provide for the Mix and Mingle?

They provide munchies and a place to hold the meet and mingle. That's about it.

several gifts to be raffled (3 video on ships in dry dock, gc for portofinos' or chops, etc.)

 

a small gift for all who attend (laynard, passport neck thing, etc)

You can check how many have signed up for your cruise by going to the upper left hand corner of the CC board and click on the hyperlink "Register for Meet and Mingle" Then click on register for the meet and mingle. If you have already registered you then put your ship name in and sail date and it will show you how many have signed up for your cruise. You will be notified by email once your sailing reaches the magic number of 25.
