Hello, I am looking for trip insurance for my upcoming cruise.

Can anyone please recommend a good one, with reasonable pricing, that they have used.

Thank you in advance

You can compare and purchase policies through Insuremytrip.com

Royal also offers, but my experience is I have gotten better coverage for less elsewhere.

or you have to pay out of pocket first and then submit for reimbursement like other policies?

They don't take any insurance on board usually, regardless of whose insurance it is. All charges usually go onto your account and usually need to be paid before leaving the ship.

Thank you for the clarification.

Considering air/hotel/excursions purchased independently before/after cruise costs more than cruise fare, private third party insurance is what we normaly buy.

But in this COVID world, if there was any advantage of buying it from cruise line, was willing to consider it.

Thanks.

(Was somehow under impression that this would at least help with direct billing)
