First time cruiser - sailing in 3 weeks and I am having issues completing the online check in.

 

Husband and I both have a message saying "There is an issue with your vaccination record"  I screenshot and uploaded our record from the NHS app (we are in the UK) Son aged 16 has uploaded with no issues.  Youngest son is 11 and not vaccinated - is it ok to not complete for youngest son? 

 

Thanks in advance for any help and advice.
