Possibly dumb question about balconies...

Recommended Posts

This might be a dumb question, but considering that Disney caters to families with little ones... I assume the door to the balcony has a child lock high up where a toddler won't be able to reach and open it right?

Maybe an irrational fear, but we just got back from a Norwegian cruise which was an inside cabin and I don't remember if I've ever noticed one on the balconies of our previous cruises.

Thanks!

Correct, the lock is too high for a toddler to reach. And it's a slightly heavy door, so that adds an extra level of security.

Here's a picture of the room with the lock location circled:

And, I agree the door is fairly heavy to slide open.
