Valiant Lady November 2022

Does anyone know if and where this ship is going when it reaches Miami?  It’s so bizarre.  On URComped it’s showing eight night sailings to the Eastern Caribbean, but the Virgin site isn’t showing anything.  Most travel agent sites don’t show anything either, but some do.  I’m so confused.  LOL

A few of the Valiant Lady November 2022 cruises were removed from booking. We are on the 13th-19th Western Caribbean Charm out of Miami. App and website still show us booked. It sounds like they have been fully booked.

Thanks.  I’ll see what they say, but the casino offer from URComped just showed up today for several sailings in November, including an 8 night to the Eastern Caribbean on November 5.  Just seems so bizarre.  I’m thinking it might be some kind of a charter.

Interesting, definitely been rumors about the cruises being chartered. Hopefully someone on the Nov 5 trip can tell you where they embark. You might ask in the Valiant Lady Facebook group.

Good suggestion.  I know it’s RT from Miami, but that’s all I know.  LOL

My husband and I are booked on the Nov 5-13, 2022 sailing to the Eastern Caribbean Antilles (8 night). I tried to pull up the itinerary for our friends and couldn’t locate it. I was wondering if it was sold out, too?

THe Oct. 30 sailing was available to book on line this afternoon.  I can even tell you the price, but not where it was going.  There is a lot of shuffling going on right now since the Resilient Lady won't launch as planned--people who were canceled get 200% of what they paid as credit toward a future cruise(s) or a full refund, and no matter which people choose, they get a free cruise out of Florida in a Sea Terrace within some date restrictions.  I'm guessing that people are placing courtesy holds on cruises while they sort out some of the issues; if that is the case, things will be opening and closing regularly as people allow holds to expire or confirm the bookings.

I contacted them about this and was told "those rooms have been taken offline for maintenance" - whatever that means - "and should show up again in a few weeks".  On another forum, someone else got the exact same answer from their TA. 

 

Supposedly they are holding them because they are uncertain if they can fully crew up.

I contacted Virgin Voyages this morning to see if the 8 night Eastern Caribbean Antilles cruise is still available for booking and this is what I found out.

To get the free cruise, you have to book a new cruise using some of the FVC by July 31st, that also sails in 2022.

This is the cruise we've booked for next April 8-16th. We had one booked on the Resilient Lady, but ship launch was delayed so we received  200% credit and booked the longer (1st) cruise in the Brilliant suite 😁 I have a "share the love" link ($200 each) in that thread 😉
