OMG.  If I tell DW they have flamingos at the port complex, she'll shoot me.  We scurried around Curacao to find them in the wild and they were very far away.  I don't think we're back at this port until 2024.

To be honest, I never saw them before today. It was very hot

Can you share your thoughts about your experience with the Havana area? We'll be on the Mardi Gras soon in a Havana.

I certainly will.  For a couple of reasons, it will be near the end of my thread.  Please follow along to see it. If I forget, please remind me

Our room was on the 9th floor right above this area and the hot tub. Got a wave when ever we went out on the balcony

We had a very good dinner at Teppanyaki the rest of our table was made up from a family from Kentucky to head for teenage girls everyone seem to enjoy it. The food has not changed there nor the atmosphere it was a good evening. After dinner we met the rest of our party at the brass magnolia lounge.

The Jazz Quartet that played there is pretty new to Carnival but have been together for 15 years. They were very good. We watch both sets and they ended with a tribute to the Beatles. Yes the Beatles. Excellent shell, I very much enjoyed it.
