Bermuda Travel Authorisation is it charged in US Dollars or Bermudian dollars?

Yes, the Bermuda dollar is on par with the US dollar so there shouldn't be a conversion fee but many if not most credit cards charge a foreign transaction fee. When we use a credit card in Bermuda we always use one that doesn't have a foreign transaction fee.

It depends. If you use a credit card in a store, you could be charged a foreign transaction fee. To prevent that, use a card that does not charge the foreign transaction fee. Or use cash. For example, we always go to the perfumery in St Georges, if we don't watch what card we use, we will get charged the fee. We mostly just pay cash (US dollars). Just make sure you get your change in US dollars too!
