Tahitibigkahuna, help please, When do shore excursions open for booking?

I called to book last week for an Aug 27 sailing.  The rep was kind of abrupt and told me she had no idea when shore excursions would open for booking.  I have mostly independent tours but our first stop is Huahine and I’d like to book the PG Motu picnic to meet fellow cruisers early in the cruise.  I’ve done Marc’s and don’t need to do it again.  Also, I may do Patrick’s tour on Bora Bora which can only be booked through the ship.  Thanks again!!

It has always been 60 days prior to your cruise and you booked online. Now the website states 30 days prior, and you need to call PG direct on the PG website under My Bookings. The My Bookings on the PG website was supposed to be up and running several months ago, then I was promised June. It is still not up.

60 days was the norm in the past prior to covid. Then it was 30 days as final payments were not due until 30 days out. For our July cruise some of the excursions were available 45 days prior. 

 

So  ... just call them and ask when you 45 days out.

We are on the August 27th sailing also. I called 60 days out and was able to book all of the excursions that I was hoping to get. Call 1-800-848-6172 and you should get Patty. She's very helpful.

Confirmed  ... was told 60 days is the norm once again.
