Proof of Vaccination

For cruises leaving from a US port, I understand that proof of covid vaccination is required, and the website indicates that a photograph of the proof is not acceptable. Is the paper / cardboard CDC card with the vaccinations and dates listed acceptable? Or does Regent require an electronic vaccine document?

Thanks in advance.

For the testing, is the self test that is "proctored" by video (like eMed) acceptable?  So we could fly to the port a day a couple of days early and simply do the test in the hotel room.

Check Voyage Health on the RSSC website for your particular cruise to verify, but yes, currently video proctored tests are accepted.
