Boarding pass problem

I’m trying to access our boarding passes but this keeps coming up:

 

 

The ‘close’ button doesn’t work, nor the link to the App Store.  Anybody else ever encounter this?

Yes, I encountered this.

Try clicking on the Azamara part of the screen behind this pop-up. Best done on a laptop or PC, not on smartphone.

Thank you!   I have tried clicking on the Azamara part.  I’ll try on the laptop. 
 

ETA - I was able to access them on the laptop.  Again - thanks!

In effect, just pretend the pop-up isn't there.

My husband gets a big kick out of this. He likes to make fun of my iPad when I have to borrow his laptop to print our boarding passes. I’ve offered to just print mine, and leave him at home. 😁 Roll on the new Azamara booking system!

Didn’t work on my 2019 iPad either running iOS 15.5 difficult to close pop up and wouldn’t print boarding pass, managed to take a screenshot and print that. Now I’ve upgraded to a 2022 iPad Air and the latest iOS is 15.6, pop up closed no problem and I could print from the print icon without a problem.

As others are still having problems I don’t think Azamara have changed anything so either iOS 15.6 has squashed a bug or there’s something fundamentally different on the new iPad.

 

Just tried it from my iPhone 12 also running iOS 15.6 and could close the pop up and print without a problem. So it looks like iOS 15.6 could be the answer.

Ooh, I just bought a new iPad last week! I’ll have to check this out. Thanks!

 

Edited after trying - it works! I can’t say if it’s the new iPad, or iOS 15.6.

Make sure your running iOS 15.6 this seems to be the difference for me.
